Jason Alan Lancaster serves as Worship Director at Orlando Grace Church, where he is passionate about leading people to worship Christ with authenticity, biblical depth, and joy. He desires to help create worship gatherings that are Christ-centered, Scripture-driven, and engaging for every generation of the church.

Jason and his wife, Daniela are grateful for the blessing of raising their five children and count family as one of God’s greatest gifts in their lives. Together, they love serving the local church, making memories as a family, and investing in a home centered on faith, laughter, and time together.

Outside of ministry, Jason enjoys songwriting, creative projects, and spending quality time with family and friends.
